My husband currently holds the key to his Lorie device, though he rarely wears it. He insists that holding onto the key during this breaking-in period is necessary. He also argues that he needs to toughen up his piercing so it can handle chastity stress; any damage done now would just set him back again. When I asked for my key back, he countered by asking if he could have a ‘return the key in’ date instead. I agreed and scheduled it for October 1st. Now I wonder if that was the right call. My goal is a strict seven-days-a-week lock down with plenty of service. Will it ever happen? (1) Was I wise to concede and grant him that return-the-key date so he can do what he feels is needed to prepare for long-term chastity? (2) What should I do when he turns the key over on October 1st? (3) If he makes another excuse and fails to hand over the key on October 1st, how should I handle it?
