I’ve spotted this gadget on a few Tumblr feeds, but nobody has clarified what kind of device it is or who manufactures it. Does anyone here know where I can track down more details about it?

Also, one thing that piques my interest concerns the nighttime erections issue people encounter with gadgets like the cb-6000. Would those same issues arise in this type of device, even though it appears to be held quite securely?
