Now that this model has been out of production for a few years, I’ve been hoping someone would bring back one of these great devices made from stainless steel. This first device was perfect for me and I still wear it occasionally, but because it’s glued shut, its utility is limited. With some minor tweaks to the original design—making it easier to put on, perhaps angling downward a bit more—it could be less noticeable under trousers.

I had nearly given up hope until I spotted one on Tumblr that looked like a urethral insert attaching from the top of the small ring.
