Hello everyone! Before my new KTB arrives, I picked up a piece from Elit (a Russian vendor). It’s an odd gadget called “Seeming accessability” (check photo1 and more shots in my “New devices” album). The setup has two components:

1. A solid ball ring with a fixed rod
2. A urethral plug. They are linked by a padlock. I originally got it as a punishment tool, but wearing it turned out to be quite pleasant when the cock is soft. When aroused, the cock lengthens and straightens, causing the sensitive opening at the tip to get squeezed externally while being stretched internally. Also, you can hide this gadget fairly well under trousers, shorts, or jeans, allowing me to wear it throughout the day with only brief removals for urination. The comfort level is high despite having to remove the plug to pee. Does anyone know of a similar device that uses a catheter instead of a solid plug?
