Greetings everyone… After years of coming and going, trying to figure out how to make a device work well, I finally received my PA yesterday. It was amusing when the piercer said after finishing up that “you can’t have oral sex for 4 weeks”. I shared his comment with my wife, and her immediate reply was: “did you tell him you aren’t flexible enough to reach it?” Here’s hoping for some enjoyable times once I get past the healing and maintenance period. electro

Congrats. Where did you have yours done? I went to Piercing Clinic; it was very professional, and I followed all their instructions perfectly. My PA has healed well and is now stretched out to 4 ga. I use the PA5000 model, which is incredibly comfortable and effective. I haven't been unlocked for almost six months, and I barely notice I'm wearing it until it does its job! Now I am considering the Tube Jacket from steelworxx as a permanent or long-term option. However, you should avoid using the PA for 3-4 months; that isn't easy because the urge to test it early is strong. My keyholder's favorite jewelry piece is the 4 ga bent barbell with 10mm balls—they hit the sweet spot every time. For more affordable rings and other items, I order from a US website called Painful Pleasures. The quality is good and much cheaper than prices here in OZ.
