Hello PA5000 owner! I’m really pleased with my PA-5000 now:-) So I have just added a nipple from a baby bottle (cut it slightly, to leave more of a ring section). This ring is now sitting right behind the glans around the PA5000. Why do this? Sometimes the skin over the glans gets irritated or pinched during the day when wearing tighter jeans. But not anymore with this little protective space-ring in place. Check out the photo!:-) Just my two cents on improving PA5000 comfort. And those nine hooks (included with the newer PA5000 packages) are so smooth. Why not include them from the start of the first PA5k models? Thank you all Best regards
