When using a captive ball device (CB, Jailbird, and similar models), the balls are left hanging out exposed. It’s tempting for the wearer to fiddle with them, which might not please the owner (D).
You could opt for a full belt that neatly secures everything in place, though I’d hesitate due to possible issues with hygiene, visibility (and cost).
So how do you go about shielding those nuts from unwanted ‘manipulations’? Is there an accessory specifically designed to lock them while still using the penile chastity device? Maybe a hood or pouch? An extra cage that attaches somehow to your CD? Or some other add-on solution? By the way, it might also help with nighttime erection troubles (the cage pushing forward and dragging the scrotum along - ouch) by further limiting movement.
