**Hello Everyone,
I own a CB6000. I really enjoy wearing it and am eager for my wife to tell me to go back in. The reviews of the CB6000 that I’ve come across are mostly like mine: comfortable, [reasonably] secure…and enjoyable… but can also be frustrating at times.
However, during week one of wear, my CB6000 cage split. At first, I thought it was because I was new to this and used the sock method with a THICK sock to get in. It’s fixed now, but the ring has cracked, and hairline fractures have shown up on the moon sections.
I reached out to AL Enterprises, but they refused to replace the parts since they don’t recognize the retailer I bought from. They think I might own a knock-off CB6000.
insisted that they only sold genuine CB6000 units sourced from a major US company before it went into liquidation. Since I wasn’t entirely convinced, they’ve been very helpful and offered me a refund.
I’ve done some online research on the build quality of the CB6000. While I’m more than willing to buy another one from an established seller like tickleberry, I’d like to hear more about others’ experiences—specifically whether it’s normal for one or two parts to fail.
It seems most people who wear the CB6000 love them, but how many have had issues with manufacturing quality?
Should I get a replacement CB6000 (I do like mine) or look at other options?
Best, P**
