Hello all! I’ve been watching this community for a while and was hoping to pick your brains, especially the women and sissies here. My wife and I are looking into setting up a D/s dynamic where I take on the role of her sissy. We’ve experimented with D/s in our bedroom before, and last year we spent several months with me as her submissive, wearing varying levels of chastity. She hasn’t cuckolded me yet, but it’s definitely an option if she meets the right dominant man.

So, my wife is excellent at enforcing rules but sometimes struggles to create new ones. I’ve been drafting a list of behaviors and ideas that I think this group would find interesting. It’s still being developed—I have a couple of weeks to show it to my wife for her feedback and approval, so I’ll update it as I go along. I’d love any thoughts or suggestions you might have, and it would be wonderful if other sissies could share the rules that structure their daily lives.

Whatever we settle on will become our “contract” between Her and me for at least four months (we plan to see it through until the end of the year). Once we start, I’ll try to post regularly about how things are going. 1. Must always understand that he is not a real man (a non-sissified male who has the right to live his own life), but rather a humiliated sissy slut whose purpose in life is to serve dominant women and amuse them with his pathetic nature.
2. May never consider himself equal to a real man, Mistress, or any other superior person.
3. Must refer to his genitalia as a cocklette, dicklette, sissystick, clit, or similar terms, always using descriptors like little, pathetic, small, or tiny.
4. Required to recite the sissy mantra every night.
5. At Mistress’s discretion, the slave is not allowed to use pronouns (I, Me) but must instead use an appropriately humiliating name (need to compile a list of names).

Attire

1. Must wear panties 24/7; not permitted to own men’s underwear.
2. Required to only wear sissy/feminine attire at home.
3. When there is no risk of detection, daily work or outerwear can include pantyhose, camisoles, bras/sports bras.
4. Must sleep in nighties, babydolls, etc.
5. Must wear a collar whenever inside the house.

Appearance:

1. The sissy must maintain a toned, slim physique.
2. Weight must stay at or below 165 pounds under penalty of discipline. Sissy will lose XX pounds each week until reaching her goal.
3. All body hair from the neck down must be removed. Can use weekly shaving, creams, or waxing.
4. Toenails must be kept polished in appropriate feminine shades.
5. Fingernails must wear clear polish.

Interaction:

1. Sissy will help Mistress identify groups and/or Dominants to play with by: Maintaining her account and checking emails if required; identifying D/s-Gor groups for Mistress’s participation; Helping Mistress prepare for evenings out.
2. The slave understands that as a sissy, he ranks well below any Real Men Mistress interacts with and will behave accordingly.

Rights/Privileges

1. The sissy has few rights.
2. Privileges include: a. Being allowed to walk around. b. Being allowed to make eye contact. c. Being allowed on furniture. d. Being allowed to eat from the table using plates/silverware.
3. Sissy is not allowed to backtalk or question Mistress.
4. If sissy becomes ill or very busy, chores may be reduced but can never revert to a freed state.

Life

1. Required to have her period each month, including carrying tampons and wearing bulky pads in panties.
2. Wherever possible, sissy is kept in chastity.
3. The chastity device is removed at Mistress’s discretion.
4. Sissy should be punished even for minor violations: a. Need to develop a list of punishments. b. Sissy must thank Mistress for punishing her.
5. Sissies’ primary sex organs are their mouth and ass.
6. Sissy is required to spend time each day with her plug in or being fucked.
7. Sissy must beg Mistress to fuck her regularly.
8. Sissy should be kept in some state of bondage as much as possible.
