I’m part of a long-term couple. It leans slightly toward FLR, but it isn’t overtly kinky on the surface. I don’t suffer from chastity hunger naturally; my partner doesn’t care much about ‘enforcing’ it, though she has made clear that she prefers if I avoid orgasms without her permission. As I’ve gotten used to this dynamic, I’ve realized I really like the self-control and the heightened desire and attentiveness it brings out in me.
Sometimes we are apart because of work, life, or family obligations. When she’s away, it’s easy for me to masturbate. However, I think I might enjoy wearing a lock during those periods. I’ll ask her, but I’m fairly confident the answer will be that it’s my choice, since she isn’t interested in ‘key holding’.
So… I am considering an introductory device. It would need to be wearable for about a week or so; taking it off for washing is acceptable. The main goal is for the device to serve primarily as a reminder of my own commitment. Since I’d be my own keyholder, it obviously wouldn’t be ‘inescapable’! Complete discretion isn’t necessary, but it should fit into daily life. I have a slight preference for metal over plastic, though being a beginner, that might not be the wisest choice!
I want something pleasant to look at and touch, suitable for sleeping in. I’m uncircumcised, with no piercings or experience with sounds. The variety of options, prices, and choices is quite overwhelming right now. What should I keep in mind? Ideally, I’m looking at a device under $100 since this will be occasional use as an introduction. Also, I live in the UK, which might affect pricing or availability.
