Mature Metal discussion

Hello all,

I’ve got a jailbird cage that appears to fit me nicely. It clears the finger test, and I’ve adjusted the gap so nothing burns behind the base ring now. However, I’m dealing with two issues: there’s pain at the very top of the base ring (right above my penis), and it looks like fluid might be building up in the shaft because it feels swollen and puffy inside the cage body after three days.

Does anyone have tips for fixing these problems? Is that top-of-the-base-ring discomfort normal, or will I just get used to it over time? And what about the swelling—will my body adapt and reduce back down to normal size? Should I be worried?
