Review of the Ms. Patti Special #2C and Our Journey I bought a stainless steel Miss Patti Special #2C from Ms. Lori Lancer at in December 2013. It got here in July 2014, well worth the wait. Being diligent about following the site’s instructions for proper measurements really paid off, along with some emails to Ms. Lori. I took measurements under all conditions and times of day, averaging them out over a few days. The #2C fits me perfectly and better than expected. Glad I worried so much over the numbers. The ring and cage look good, with fit and finish that are more than acceptable. It’s very concealable under clothes; no ugly bulge to worry about while looking fine. Sleeping is easy for me as a stomach sleeper. Once or twice a night, though, when sleeping on my tummy, I might need to raise my hips slightly, spread my legs a bit, and let things settle back into place. In daily life with the device on, I’ve noticed I have to spread my legs just a little more than before for certain tasks, like bending at the knees or keeping my back straight when lifting heavy items. This also applies since I drive a car with a clutch. It becomes second nature quickly enough. Showering and staying clean is easy without taking it off. No issues there. For urinating, I prefer sitting down rather than standing—it’s something I adapted to easily. Standing works too; about 80% of the time everything goes smoothly. However, with anatomy being what it is, and our constant tumescence due to temperature changes and such, occasionally things don’t go as planned, resulting in a situation where I’m like a four-year-old again. Because of this, unless absolutely necessary, I avoid public restrooms whether standing or sitting. Now I understand why women dislike them too. One thing I enjoy is that all three parts are held neatly together now. Our bits used to be squishy and wander everywhere; that’s in the past. I hate TMI (Too Much Information) but have despised underwear my whole life. I’ve managed to keep my no-underwear lifestyle, finding I don’t need extra support despite having stainless steel on me. This leads to erections. Other men mention pain from erections while wearing chastity devices; I haven’t felt any at all and am average in size. A big plus is that even if an erection happens in public, there’s no tent pole effect. Any erection feels normal regardless of the cage constraint. I can do everything life throws at me with the device on 24/7, except for a couple of things so far. It’s unfortunate I have to remove it for airport and courthouse screenings. Whenever it does come off for any reason, I eagerly put it back on. I truly prefer having it on rather than off. Since we need to take it off occasionally in real life, we plan ahead so my wife can be there with a key. Overall, physically speaking, my #2C handles everything I do. By the way, an emergency break-out box was a lifesake once when our normal keys went missing the morning of an airport trip. Thanks to that box, we made it on time and flew off for vacation with my wife holding a key. That was close! Buy a break-out box; they come in handy. I wouldn’t do this without one now, though I’ve only used it for the emergency mentioned above. Emergencies happen, hence the need for the box. Initially, I thought the chastity option might suit us best. Perhaps not entirely true since my wife may have considered it but didn’t mention it because she assumed I’d reject the idea. Men often do certain tasks easily on our own, which can sometimes strain relationships. This was happening to ours unintentionally. Before marriage, I had only been in a few short-lived relationships and held onto bachelor habits. For me without relationship obligations, these solo activities helped keep my mind off sex so the rest of my day felt free from those urges. It seemed odd but true. What I hadn’t realized was how much this habit affected our bond negatively. Also worth noting: I’ve never cheated on my wife conventionally. A couple of years ago, deciding it was time to transfer power in some areas of our life together, we sat down one afternoon and had a serious talk about things. To find out, that’s exactly what she wanted. She couldn’t believe I was willing to give up control and ask for so little back. That moment started a chain of events leading us toward chastity. Our first experience involved polymer devices. While initially liked, we found them fragile and had to remove them while sleeping because they broke. They also felt somewhat non-serious, like playing a game, falling short of the true direction and path we wanted—but those early devices did guide us to our later decision: 24/7. While online researching, I discovered there could be better options through study, eventually settling on Ms. Lori’s devices. Yes, the cost was significant plus waiting time for delivery. During that period, I discarded my CB6000 as worthless. Continued next post…

Where this goes next

Couples threads are logistics with feelings attached: what to write down, what to hand over, who pays for what, and how long any of it takes. Two of these pages are about the agreement itself, and the third is the honest answer about the calendar.
