Greetings to all you bright and cheerful folks. I’m encountering a problem with the HTv2: it’s slipping down my shaft, leaving about an inch of me exposed at the top. This makes pulling out surprisingly easy (I don’t expect total security, just that it shouldn’t be so effortless). I’m not quite sure if the base ring is too big (45 mm worked well with my previous device—with this one I can fit a couple of finger widths underneath, though I wonder if that’s intentional design or if the size is actually okay) or if the tube itself is too short. I’d prefer to avoid buying two new parts when only one might be needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated; in exchange, you’ll receive my eternal gratitude and a funny picture of a cat.
