First off, I’m new here… hooray! I stumbled upon this site while searching for devices and taking a good look at the pros and cons of each option. I haven’t been around forever though; I’ve had a CB6000s for about a year. It’s comfortable to wear with or without the KSG system for several weeks, and it fits almost perfectly. However, there are just a couple of niggles.

I decided to upgrade because while the fit is good, the ring shape (specifically the 45mm one I use) tends to dig in during driving and general physical activity. I suspect this is due to its thickness and sharp corners. This issue is compounded by the larger head shape and the padlock that rests on it, making it slightly more visible than I’d prefer.

Hygiene hasn’t been an issue for me despite being uncut; I usually roll my foreskin back when inserting the device, which makes cleaning easier. Without the KSG system, though, it would return to its normal position after a day or so and require some fiddly adjustments.

Anyway, I’ve rambled on a bit! Basically, what I’m looking for is a device that is discreet and manageable for an active lifestyle but can also be worn continuously for weeks without problems. The Dickcage looks like a great design and seems comfortable, although the silicone material puts me off slightly due to hygiene concerns, so advice there would be appreciated. Finally, I’ve found a steel model I love, but it feels too long; any similar suggestions would be wonderful.

My keyholder has left the choice entirely up to me. She just wants me to wear it for at least a week or two at a time and keep it relatively secure (we know nothing is perfect without a piercing).
