Mature Metal discussion

This shouldn’t be difficult (no pun intended). I can’t seem to find measurements that feel accurate and comfortable! Whenever I’m in my usual flaccid state, I attempt to take a measurement. But by the time I manage to position the ruler or tape measure correctly, it seems I get excited and lose accuracy. Darn it!
