Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Please excuse my lack of knowledge, but I hear a lot about ruined orgasms here. I’m not entirely clear on what that means. It seems to me it involves ejaculating without the intense peak sensation. If that’s correct, then I’ve experienced them for years! My routine secret shower struggles don’t count, and neither does regular sex with my wife. That is exactly why I have chosen to try chastity, hoping that abstinence will eventually result in a superior climax. Mrs Joe supports this idea for her own reasons (she enjoys the concepts of control and possession). However, I want to avoid having ruined orgasms while wearing the cage!
