Usually the man proposes the idea of chastity, and his partner doesn’t jump in immediately, which makes sense. I’ve been wondering if a specific detail, perhaps something minor, was the tipping point?
My wife felt quite nervous about holding the key. She worried specifically about what would happen if I had an accident on my way to or at work and the key wasn’t handy (even though it could be in a sealed container with me). While I prefer metal locks, she seems much more comfortable with plastic numbered ones because she keeps records of them. So that’s generally been our choice. Now she feels confident leaving the JB on for weeks, knowing it can be easily removed if there’s an emergency.
