Girth Expansion

I’ve worn a metal cage for just over a year now, typically for four to five hours daily and also overnight. I perform regular release before going to sleep either for ejaculation or intercourse. The reason for the timing is due to Testosterone injections; I constantly feel urges so using the device helps control them, and lots of straining seems to have increased my girth. Has anyone else experienced this effect?
