How we arrived at this point:
The beginning of our story: We’ve been together for two decades, raising a bunch of children along the way. Our sex life became routine and work stress chipped away at what little libido remained. Neither of us was entirely happy with how things were going. We noticed that when we went longer without intercourse—say about two weeks—the experience felt super intense and passionate, but we didn’t want to restrict ourselves to just every other week.
My habit of watching porn and masturbating often didn’t help matters either. However, I had already discovered ruined orgasms while browsing kink sites ( was still active back then) and started experimenting with that technique on my own since. Around the same time, I came across Thumper’s blog and loosely followed it over the years.
In autumn 2018, we both realized a change was needed—any change would do. I brought up the idea of chastity, focusing on ruined orgasms and their effect in lowering libido without eliminating desire entirely. The list of potential benefits looked impressive, so she agreed to try it out and surprisingly quickly grasped how to properly ruin an orgasm.
So ten years after first learning about it, timing aligned perfectly within our relationship for a long-held fantasy to become reality.
I searched online for more guidance, but most resources felt like impractical fantasies—like six-week programs where you just wear the device for set hours and fail if you miss one step (forcing you to start over), or they rushed past chastity into sissification and cuckolding. With limited direction, we decided to go by feel and experiment.
We quickly shifted from full orgasms to minimized ones during sex. I actively asked her not to let me have a complete release but to ruin it instead. She went along with this approach, reaping the rewards of having an always-available husband who became more attentive and complimentary (it’s funny how that actually works). Very soon, my big releases dropped to just one every three months, while other opportunities for cumming were ruined—still generous given we had sex 2–3 times a week.
But I craved even deeper frustration. Reading suggested the next logical step was removing those smaller ruined orgasms entirely, offering only teasing handjobs that ended in denial at night. I proposed it, and this transition (about six months into our journey) went smoother than expected; we both enjoyed it greatly. Now I get all the sexual contact without the release. Currently, I’m in my third week of full chastity, so let’s see how things progress.
She loves being penetrated, which I eagerly provide despite my frustration—I feel she enjoys it more than her fair share! Even during handjobs with satisfying strokes, I prefer just caressing the tip or massaging the balls, constantly riding that wave of wanting more but holding back until the feeling passes. It’s amusing how we chase restricting our own sexual gratification to make it all the more thrilling. Rarity teaches us to appreciate things far more than abundance does.
With this in mind, I scoured the web for sex restrictions applied specifically to husbands and found surprisingly little content. Among the barely usable tips was a lengthy thread on cuckolds within a hotwife forum. I read through them to see which concepts resonated most with me personally. The idea of reducing penis-in-vagina (P) intercourse—even going completely P-free—really appealed to me. But the concept of “I wank while watching her enjoy someone else” didn’t excite us both as much; we strongly feel that I carry her sexual energy (“her dick”) and only she gets to play with it—not through my own masturbation.
Balancing ‘carrying her dick’ with being P-free is the challenge though.
We tried an Oxball penis sleeve, a dildo, multiple layers of condoms, and delay cream to give her pleasure without me getting much release. However, she felt these methods lacked authenticity compared to bareback sex with my natural cock.
Having received helpful advice from this very community, it’s time for us to continue experimenting. Stay tuned for updates.
