Contracts and Agreements for Male Chastity

I attempted a forum search and found 31 pages of posts containing ‘contract’, but I couldn’t get anything past the first page to load.

How many people have formal, written contracts or agreements that detail the terms of your chastity with your keyholders? How are those arrangements working out for you? Have they been modified since their initial signing?

I’ve come across a few online, but most seem to go way beyond what we feel comfortable with. For those who do have them, how detailed are elements like each party’s responsibilities, rules, chores, and punishments spelled out? I don’t want things becoming too rigid, yet Kitten wants some kind of guidelines documented.

I copied and saved one posted by look02, but I’d love to see examples from other active couples.
