Mrs. Edge and I had stepped back from intense chastity play for the last several years; rather than months of continuous wear, we did it in spurts of a few weeks here and there. It wasn’t bad, just that after more than twelve years together, we needed some air. We’re talking about getting serious again now, especially because my affordable A272 stainless device fits so well. Previously, she kept her own lock while I carried the emergency key wrapped in tamper-evident tape on my car keys. Last night, a conversation slip led to the idea that she might keep both keys—meaning I wouldn’t even have an emergency key at all, wrapped or otherwise. She would unlock me for weekly cleaning and any play she chooses, and that’s how it stays. I’ve never really used my emergency key, often leaving it home for days without noticing. But the thought of not having one available? It feels surprisingly arousing for us both. Naturally, she worried about a work accident, but as we talked through it, I started to question if it truly matters. If an incident were severe enough, I probably wouldn’t have time to carefully unwrap and remove my device anyway. So, does anyone else skip the emergency key entirely? How is that working for you? And I welcome any other perspectives.
