A few days ago I rose feeling quite off-kilter. Work had me down that day and I didn’t care to go in. It was a tough day at work, leaving me still out of sorts by evening. I spoke with my wife the next morning about how much I dislike being in chastity during moments like these since I could just masturbate to make those negative feelings vanish. Then I asked her if keeping me locked up is truly the right path. It was a sincere conversation, completely removed from tease & denial or sexual aspects. Keep in mind this is a woman who thought I was crazy two years ago when I first proposed chastity. She answered with great seriousness “of course.” There wasn’t even any debate about “if” I should remain locked up. So for everyone just beginning this journey with your partner, they can gradually come to realize that this state is something that ought not end.

Where this goes next

Couples threads are logistics with feelings attached: what to write down, what to hand over, who pays for what, and how long any of it takes. Two of these pages are about the agreement itself, and the third is the honest answer about the calendar.
