How can I encourage my Keyholder to take the lead more often?

My wife and I have been doing male chastity for about seven or eight months now. It’s been great for us both so far. My wife is a fantastic KH, and I don’t want to sound ungrateful at all. However, I’m struggling with her level of proactivity. Often, it feels like I have to lead from the backseat. Whether we’re talking about when and how she teases me, assigning household chores, or handing out punishment for not pleasing her—it seems like I’m constantly making “suggestions”.

Reading other threads here, it sounds like I’m not alone in this. Has anyone else dealt with this and can share some advice?
