Suggestions for punishment

My KH and I are searching for fresh ways she can discipline me when I disobey her. As noted in other threads, she has had me eat my own cum, sleep on the floor, take cold showers, and do extra chores around the house. We both want more ideas. Please keep in mind that my wife and i are new to this dynamic; she is not (yet) keen on extreme S&M types of play, so no spanking, ball busting, caning, or similar activities. She has also said she doesn’t wish to treat me like another child. So avoid ‘grounding’ me, removing TV privileges, or things along those lines. I have been researching various punishment methods on other sites, but most seem too extreme for my KH at the moment. I did spot a few that might appeal: such as locking my device via a chain to a fixed object and keeping me there in a sort of ‘timeout’. If anyone could share punishments they’ve received or offer ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
