Hello, I’ve returned after a few years. During that time, my wife and I put our relationship under significant pressure by relocating to a challenging developing nation, then returning home. For quite some time, chastity and any form of dominant-style dynamics were completely out of focus. Recently, they have come back into play. Surprisingly, it happened almost without effort on my part. I simply stopped ejaculating, whether with her or by myself, and she seemed to naturally pick up on what was happening. In the past, our dynamic has cycled through various stages of chastity practice—sometimes intense, other times quite light. We always discussed these changes extensively. Mostly because I felt compelled to talk about them, if I’m honest. We often hear that good communication is essential for a strong partnership, but here we have barely spoken much at all regarding this specific aspect, and perhaps rightly so. Generally speaking, my wife prefers not to dwell on sex verbally—she’d rather just experience it. She likes things to unfold naturally rather than feeling like they follow a script. That’s simply her nature. So now, I’m hoping the past has taught me some lessons (at least for myself). Avoid over-talking. Stop over-analyzing. Take your time. Let events proceed as they will. Which, so far, is exactly what they are doing. I realize this section serves mainly as a journal entry, but I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced their relationships shifting in and out of chastity periods similarly? Also, how much discussion do you have when starting any new phase or idea? Perhaps I’ll start a dedicated thread for that topic later. Until then, it’s reassuring to see this community still active. Where this goes next

Couples threads are logistics with feelings attached: what to write down, what to hand over, who pays for what, and how long any of it takes. Two of these pages are about the agreement itself, and the third is the honest answer about the calendar.
