Hygiene and Skin Concerns During Long-Term Jailbird Wear

Hello. I’ve been wearing the mm Jailbird for roughly three weeks now. It’s my first time doing an extended lockup with a JB, having previously used a cb 6000s. I find it very comfortable and much simpler to clean, so we decided to try keeping it on continuously for those three weeks. When we finally took it off, I noticed significant buildup of dead skin underneath the penis and on the upper/front part of my scrotum, along with flaking and early signs of an itchy irritation (likely fungal). A couple of days out of the cage resolved it, but I’m curious how people manage this long-term without pulling out or removing the device just to clean. My KH wants to keep me locked for extended periods—at least weeks at a time—between removals because we don’t always live together due to work and family duties.

I think the key is figuring out how to clean that space between my cock and balls effectively, as well as drying it properly. Any suggestions? Lockednut
