I get it, apologies. There’s a heap of threads here about ring sizes and nighttime issues, but none really hit the nail on my specific question(s), so let me try… I just received my second JB, with a smaller cage and base ring… I believe the fit is correct - I’ve gathered plenty of advice from this community and now have a base ring that allows a finger to slide under it when flaccid… During the day, it fits snugly like a glove—I sometimes don’t even realize it’s there. However, when attempting an erection, I do feel a dull ache—not right around the ring itself, but slightly closer towards my body. It’s a low-grade pain; I tell myself it’s just my wife squeezing me tightly to remind me of the predicament I’m in! At night, it wakes me up—I head to the bathroom and the discomfort fades. The last time this happened with the larger cage, I managed better sleep after that first week. So a few questions… When is a base ring considered too tight? When I remove the cage but leave the ring on, I can still achieve an erection, yet my penis appears much darker than usual… I’ve read that if rings are excessively tight, they turn white? Any quick tips for those nocturnal erections? The general consensus here seems to be visiting the bathroom, which works for me… If I stay in bed waiting for it to pass, it tends not to go away. Sorry again; I know this topic has been touched upon before, but like many others, I suppose my main concern is long-term damage…
