Keyholder Initiated Chastity: Has Anyone Truly Done It?

This is an inquiry about keyholders who take charge of starting chastity practices. Before I elaborate, this isn’t a fantasy scenario query, okay? Based on what I know, there aren’t many examples of male chastity being kicked off by the woman holding the key. While there’s plenty of appealing fiction covering it, I haven’t come across any long-term partnerships where the female partner initiated it.
