Vasectomies and Device Wear

Hello everyone. With boy/girl twins in my wake, I don’t think I’ll be having any more children for this life around. A vasectomy is on my radar. I’ve been locked in my steelheart for almost four months continuously now (I believe that’s the longest stretch yet). Naturally it needs to come off during the procedure, but since my wife has grown fond of me wearing it often, it will be going back on soon. Has anyone else had the snip? Were there any device-related complications?
