New to or Unsure About Long-Term Chastity

Hi all, I’m currently 19 and in college (living in a dorm) while my home is just 45 minutes away; I only visit on weekends where my Girlfriend/Keyholder lives. I bought my CB-6000s back in December 2011 and tested them for short stretches (a few days, with about four being my max duration) during the holidays when I was home and near her. However, I took a break for several months because of swim season at school; since we wear tight swimsuits to maximize speed, I thought wearing it would be too obvious, so I delayed getting locked up until the season ended. I resumed locking myself in on Friday the 24th after my GF had sex with me but prevented me from finishing. My last release was likely about a week ago today, and I’ve been enclosed since then. It’s only Monday now, yet I can’t stop thinking about how I’ll please her when I return home next weekend. That will also be our two-year anniversary, which should make for a special evening.

However, my Keyholder is somewhat inconsistent regarding chastity; she loves the attention but dislikes that it dominates my conversations, and she doesn’t want it to become the sole focus of what we talk about or do. Unsure how to handle this, I usually just apologize and quickly shift topics while my mind remains fixated on the lock. Also, I expect to face similar challenges as others have mentioned regarding long-term wear, but her desire for my penis matches my frustration with denial (so it feels like she’s being punished too [which is not something I want at all]). She enjoys oral and finger play, though they aren’t a perfect substitute for Long-Term chastity. I wonder if she might enjoy using a dildo; she has never owned one before. I previously bought her a vibrator which she uses occasionally, but she notes it isn’t as effective when I give it to her.

Side note: Being a sailor means I travel globally every six months for half the year. I’m departing again this summer, and she insists I keep my CB-6000s on during that time away. One of my main worries is having an emergency key accessible only with permission from my Keyholder. Currently, I lack a lock-box or similar device to secure the key so I can’t access it without authorization or a code. Since I’ll be out at sea and our primary communication will be email, does anyone know if there’s something available with a changeable combination? This way, in an emergency, we could quickly alter the combo for future use.
