Keeping Clean During Lock Up

I’m just wondering if anyone else has the same struggles as me when it comes to cleaning. I’m in a CB6K and I completely fill it up, even when i’m not aroused. In fact, there’s a lot of excess skin hanging out the bottom of the cage sitting on top of my ball sack. And, usually, skin also protrudes through the cleaning/vent holes on the side of the cage. As long as i’m not aroused, it is never painful for that skin to poke out a little. However, because i fill it up so much, trying to keep clean is a little more difficult. i don’t mind if i must take it off every few days for a cleaning, but i really would love to ease the pressure from my wife IF i can keep it clean and not have to take it off so often for cleaning. I would love to be able to keep it on for the entirety of whatever my lock up is, so she won’t feel pressured to release me for a few minutes for cleaning. I don’t want my chastity to become a burden on her. I’m sure she won’t mind, but still, I’m trying to keep her first in this situation. What advice in terms of cleaning? I use q-tips and I even have a very high pressure squirter that I fill with soapy water, but it doesn’t seem to work. I stick the tiny tip up inside the cage, and most of the water squirt right back out. Because there’s no extra space in the cage, the soap mixture still doesn’t get in the cage too well. Anyways. It’s not a major problem, but would like to know how others keep clean in that cage.
